Vegan Eggplant Sliders

INGREDIENTS

  • Sylvan Breaded Eggplant Sticks or Cutlets
  • Vengan burger bread
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Red onion

DIRECTIONS

1.

Preheat 3 to 4 inches of vegetable oil to 350˚F. (180˚C).

2.

Drop the breaded eggplant cutlets/sticks until they look browned and crispy. Also you may do this recipe on an air fryer.

3.

Remove them from the oil using a wire mesh skimmer and transfer them to a paper towel or a baking rack to drain.

4.

Toast the bread a little, place it and add lettuce and tomato.

5.

Place the fried eggplant cutlets/sticks,  followed by the red onion rings.

6.

Serve with breadfruit fries and enjoy!
