Cassava and Sweet Potato Supreme Fries

INGREDIENTS

  • Sylvan Sweet Potato Fries
  • Yuca Fries
  • Sour cream
  • Ground beef
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Vegetable oil
  • Bacon

DIRECTIONS

1.

In a pan cook the bacon until it releases its fat.

2.

Add onions and garlic until they release their flavor and aroma.

3.

Add the meat, season with salt and pepper. When its cooked, add the pomodoro sauce and let it simmer for 45 minutes.

4.

Preheat oil to 350˚F for frying.

5.

Fry the sweet potato and cassava fries.

6.

In a bowl, season the fries with salt and pepper.

7.

Place fries on a plate, add meat and cream cheese.
