Shrimp Soup with Carrots
INGREDIENTS
- Sylvan Carrot Cutlets
- Sweet Potato Dice
- Shrimp
- Fish broth
- Onion
- Garlic
- Whole milk
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil

DIRECTIONS
1.
Sweat onions and garlic in olive oil.
2.
Add shrimps.
3.
Season with salt and pepper.
4.
Seal the shrimp and remove from pot.
5.
Add sweet potatoes dice and carrot cutlets.
6.
Add milk and fish broth.
7.
Add the shrimps and plate.
