Gratinated Eggplant

INGREDIENTS

  • Sylvan Breaded eggplant cutlets
  • Small mozzarella balls
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Pomodoro sauce
  • Olive oil, to taste
  • Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

1.

Place the frozen breaded eggplants on a cast iron.

2.

Add pomodoro sauce and spread to cover the eggplants.

3.

Add fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves on top.

4.

Sprinkle salt, pepper and olive oil.

5.

Broil for 5 to 7 minutes at 400˚C.

Allow to cool before serving
