Chicken Teriyaki
INGREDIENTS
- Sylvan Carrot Chips Crinkle Slices
- Peanut or cashew
- Sesame seed
- Crushed garlic
- Chopped chive
- Chicken thighs sliced into chunks
- Sliced onion
- Teriyaki sauce
- Vegetable oil
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS
1.
Add olive oil to your pan.
2.
Sear the chicken thighs evenly in a pan.
3.
Season with salt and pepper.
4.
Add crushed garlic.
5.
Flip the chicken.
6.
Add sliced onions and carrot chips crinkle slices.
7.
Add teriyaki sauce.
8.
Stir until sauce has reduced.
9.
Transfer to a plate.
10.
Add peanuts and chopped chive.
11.
Serve with breadfruit tostones or rice.
