Breadfruit Chunks Mofongo
INGREDIENTS
- Bacon
- Vegetable oil
- Olive oil
- Sylvan Breadfruit Chunks
- Garlic
- Salt

DIRECTIONS
1.
Heat 3 to 4 inches of vegetable oil in a pot over medium-high heat until it reaches 350˚F (180˚C).
2.
Drop the breadfruit chunks and let them cook until crispy. Also you may do this recipe on an air fryer.
3.
Remove and transfer to pilon.
4.
Fry bacon in a pan.
5.
Add bacon, garlic and salt to the pilon.
6.
Mash with some olive oil until consistency.
7.
Enjoy!
