Breadfruit Tostones Canape
INGREDIENTS
- Pork fillet escalopes
- Sylvan Breadfruit Tostones
- Caramelized onions
- Olive oil
- Vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS
1.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium-high heat until it reaches 350˚F (180˚C)
2.
Drop the breadfruit tostones and let them cook until they look crispy. Also you may do this recipe on an air fryer.
3.
Remove them from the oil using a wire mesh skimmer and transfer them to a paper towel or a baking rack to drain.
4.
On top, sprinkle salt and pepper.
5.
Clean and season with salt and pepper the pork fillet.
6.
On a pan seal the meat with olive oil.
7.
On top of the Breadfruit tostones place the pork escalopes and the caramelized onions.
8.
To finish garnish with your herb of preference and allow to cool before serving and enjoy!
